Health and Welness Coaching

There is more to being healthy than following the everyday advice present all around us. For one thing, the advice can often be contradictory! To be healthy means to have a healthy body, mind and soul/spirit. Health and wellness coaching will focus on the priority of clients in any of these areas, by using questions to help them think about balance, values  and purpose. Once an area has been decided on, more specific goals and steps can be teased out and the coach becomes the accountability partner, guiding the client along the way to success and holistic health.
